Refund Policy

You will receive a full refund in the following circumstances:

Your treatment is cancelled by HMBeauty
You cancel your appointment atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment

Late Cancellations

No show/cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a £10 non refundable booking fee to secure your next appointment. This fee will be deducted off of your total cost of treatment. If you cancel or not show up to that appointment, your £10 will not be refunded, nor can it be used towards any future appointments. You will then be required to pay a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure your next appointment.

Running Late?

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Once you are 15 minutes late, it may mean we wont have time to do your treatment..
HMBeauty reserves the right to turn clients away if they are late.

Broken/Damaged Nails

Within 48 hours a free fix will be offered to each nail broken/damaged
After 48 hours it will be a charge of £3 per nail broken/damaged
After two weeks it is advised to have infills or a fresh set at the normal charge
